Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse will provide professional nursing care to patients during the evening shift, ensuring high-quality clinical service, patient safety, and adherence to medical and organizational protocols. The role requires effective communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing protocols and physician instructions.
• Monitor, record, and report patients’ vital signs and symptoms.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and on time.
• Assist doctors during medical examinations and procedures.
• Maintain proper documentation in patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Prepare and maintain the treatment area, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for procedures.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.
• Educate patients and attendants about prescribed care, medications, and follow-up requirements.
• Coordinate effectively with laboratory, pharmacy, and other support departments.
• Participate in infection control practices and ensure adherence to hospital safety standards.
• Support in shift handovers and ensure proper communication of patient updates.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma in Nursing or BSc Nursing (Registered with Pakistan Nursing Council).
• Experience: Minimum 2–3years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Licensure: Valid PNC registration.
• Skills:
• Strong clinical and observation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach

Shift Details:

• Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Days: [Monday to Saturday / 6 days a week]
• Location: Diplomatic Enclave Islamabad

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
