The Practice Association Analyst is a vital member of the Practice Association (PA) team, responsible for supporting our large clinical workforce through maintaining quality clinical data, supporting regulatory compliances, and improving the processes across the practice association.

What to expect.

This role ensures smooth daily operations, maintains clinical standards, and strengthens the infrastructure that enables high-quality, efficient patient care. The Analyst plays a key part in promoting operational excellence by managing systems, processes, and quality data that support both clinicians and leadership.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Support practice operations and assist with process improvement initiatives.
  • Help coordinate and maintain the Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation (OPPE) process, ensuring accurate data and supporting audits.
  • Assist in analyzing operational processes, identifying gaps, and contributing to improvement plans to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Work with leadership and the PA team to implement new procedures and monitor results.
  • Represent the Practice Association professionally while fostering positive, collaborative relationships across departments.
  • Provide backup support for clinician scheduling as needed.

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in project management, administration, or healthcare operations.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with Microsoft Access and PowerPoint preferred. Familiarity with scheduling or workforce management software (e.g., Kronos eZCall) is a plus.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally.

  • Excellent attention to detail, the ability to meet strict deadlines, and a knack for identifying and addressing process gaps.

  • Demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships and contribute to a high-functioning team environment.

Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, board certifications and years and level of related experience.
