The Practice Association Analyst is a vital member of the Practice Association (PA) team, responsible for supporting our large clinical workforce through maintaining quality clinical data, supporting regulatory compliances, and improving the processes across the practice association.

This role ensures smooth daily operations, maintains clinical standards, and strengthens the infrastructure that enables high-quality, efficient patient care. The Analyst plays a key part in promoting operational excellence by managing systems, processes, and quality data that support both clinicians and leadership.

What we need from you:
2–3 years of relevant experience in project management, administration, or healthcare operations.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with Microsoft Access and PowerPoint preferred. Familiarity with scheduling or workforce management software (e.g., Kronos eZCall) is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally.
Excellent attention to detail, the ability to meet strict deadlines, and a knack for identifying and addressing process gaps.
Demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships and contribute to a high-functioning team environment.
Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, board certifications and years and level of related experience.
