Key Responsibilities
Practice Leadership & Delivery
- Lead the Insurance, Mortgage & Lending, Legal, Audit & Compliance practice with clear ownership of solution delivery, domain expertise, and client satisfaction.
- Oversee delivery across multiple client portfolios, ensuring adherence to industry standards, compliance regulations, and best practices.
- Build strong solution accelerators and frameworks for loan origination, servicing, underwriting, insurance claims, regulatory audits, and compliance automation.
- Implement global delivery models, collaborating with offshore and onsite teams to achieve quality, scalability, and cost optimization.
- Ensure integration of modern technologies such as AI/ML, RPA, and cloud platforms into client solutions.
Growth & Business Development
- Drive practice growth strategy, focusing on new client acquisition, account expansion, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams on proposals, RFPs/RFIs, solution presentations, and joint client pitches.
- Establish thought leadership in the IML and compliance space through webinars, trade shows, whitepapers, and industry events.
- Develop and expand strategic partnerships with product vendors, fintech platforms, and compliance solution providers.
Team Development & Operations
- Mentor and manage senior leaders, architects, consultants, and multiple Project Managers.
- Build a high-performing global team with strong offshore delivery capabilities in insurance and lending processes.
- Define and track KPIs for delivery excellence, client retention, growth targets, and operational efficiency.
- Promote a culture of compliance, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in practice building, growth strategy, and managing offshore/onsite delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of insurance systems, lending platforms, loan origination/servicing systems, compliance frameworks, and audit processes.
- Demonstrated success in P&L management, account growth, and partnership management.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with loan servicing platforms (e.g., ICE Mortgage Technology/Encompass), insurance policy administration, and GRC tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as SOX, PCI-DSS, GDPR, and local insurance compliance standards.
- Familiarity with automation and AI tools for fraud detection, risk assessment, and regulatory reporting.
