The Role

Stacks is seeking an operational architect who can translate strategy into systems and scale service quality across markets. As Director of Operations, you’ll lead delivery excellence, codify best-in-class SOPs and build the foundation for our next stage of growth. You’ll manage cross-market performance, partner with Sales and Business Operation and lead our growing team of Location Managers and operational staff. This role is for a grounded leader who can zoom out to design systems and zoom in to solve breakdowns.

What You'll Do

• Own delivery execution across all markets and ensure high-touch client standards
• Build and maintain operational playbooks, SOPs, and service consistency
• Oversee onboarding and performance of Location Managers and Operations Managers
• Evaluate and implement ops-enabling tools (WMS, tracking, inventory management)
• Partner with Sales on capacity planning and client delivery expectations
• Work closely with the CEO on cost modeling, margin improvement, and facility planning

What You Bring

• 8–12+ years in operations leadership in logistics, event production or service delivery
• Demonstrated success building scalable systems across multiple geographies
• Strong leadership presence with a coaching mindset
• Process-obsessed but people-first—able to build systems that teams actually use
• Experience with logistics technology (WMS, routing, inventory, dispatch systems)
