Job Title: Healthcare Practice Manager
Location: Southfield, MI
Job type: In-Person
We’re looking for a motivated and skilled Healthcare Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our primary care clinic. As a key leader, you’ll ensure streamlined workflows, outstanding patient care, and the highest levels of staff performance. You’ll play a critical role in creating a positive, efficient, and welcoming environment for both patients and team members.

What You Bring to the Role:
Required Qualifications:
Education & Credentials
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Nursing, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
Current knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and safety protocols.
Experience
3–5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare, clinical operations, or medical practice setting.
Proven track record in staff management, including recruiting, training, performance evaluation, and retention.
Experience overseeing daily clinic operations, patient flow, and scheduling.
Strong background in financial oversight—budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
Demonstrated success in driving operational improvements and supporting growth initiatives.
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to foster collaboration and accountability.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle patient concerns with empathy, urgency, and professionalism.
Proficiency in healthcare software systems (Athena is a big plus) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working effectively with staff, patients, and external partners.
Knowledge of facility management, resource allocation, and vendor relations.
