Responsibilities:

• Provide responsible leadership for a professional staff,
• Hiring, onboarding, and retaining staff
• Training, and goal-setting for staff
• Timely, appropriate, and professional communication with staff
• Adhering to all HR legal responsibilities
• Maintain function of the hospital equipment
• Order office supplies
• Maintain controlled drug logs, reporting
• Perform financial management, debt collection, and monitoring of budget
• Handle clinic finances, human resources, and hiring while remaining compliant with state and federal employment laws.
• Participate in the practice’s strategic planning process and actively work to operationalize strategic initiatives to move the practice forward
• Assist in processing payroll and creating schedules

Job Type: Full-time

Pay rate: $40/hour

Experience:

• Veterinary experience: 2 years (Required)
• Management: 5 years (Required)
