Job Overview

We are looking for a qualified Dentist to join our team in a Research & Managerial role. This position is ideal for someone who understands clinical workflows and wants to transition into a non-clinical, strategic role.

You will be responsible for researching dental equipment, guiding repair processes, managing technical communication, and supporting overall operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research on dental equipment, technologies, and repair processes
• Provide expert guidance on dental tools, equipment usage, and issues
• Assist in diagnosing equipment problems (remotely)
• Manage and improve internal repair workflows
• Coordinate with technicians and support teams
• Review and approve technical content for accuracy
• Communicate with clients (dentists/clinics) for technical clarification
• Help develop SOPs and training materials

Requirements

• BDS or DDS degree (Mandatory)
• Strong understanding of dental equipment and clinical procedures
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Interest in research, operations, and management
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Basic knowledge of digital tools and online research

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with dental equipment (handpieces, sensors, X-ray systems)
• Prior experience in research, teaching, or management
• Familiarity with international dental standards (Canada/USA)
