Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, improve processes, and lead teams for efficient service delivery.
Key Duties: Design & monitor SOPs, team leadership & KPIs, budget/resource planning, quality control, vendor/client coordination, compliance reporting, risk management.
Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business/Operations Management, MBA preferred. 4-6 years operations experience with 2+ years in supervisory role. Strong in MS Office, ERP, budgeting, leadership. Fluent in English & Urdu. Pashto a plus.
