We are seeking an experienced
Practice Manager / Operations Manager
to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of U.S.-based healthcare practices. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
practice operations, revenue cycle management (RCM), and patient care workflows
, with experience across multiple specialties.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end operations of U.S. healthcare practices across specialties such as Rheumatology, Nephrology, Cardiology, and Other Specialties)

Oversee and optimize
RCM
processes:
-
Medical billing & coding
-
Claims submission & follow-ups
-
Denial management & AR recovery
-
Coordinate and manage
RPM
and
CCM
programs
-
Ensure smooth
patient scheduling, intake, and care coordination workflows
-
Monitor KPIs and operational performance to improve efficiency and revenue
-
Liaise with physicians, clinical staff, and administrative teams to ensure high-quality service delivery

Ensure compliance with
U.S. healthcare regulations (HIPAA, payer guidelines, etc.)

Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices
Requirements:
-
7+ years of experience
managing U.S. healthcare practices

Proven experience across multiple specialties (Rheumatology, Nephrology, Cardiology preferred)

Strong expertise in:

Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

Medical billing & coding workflows
-
RPM / CCM program management
-
Hands-on experience with
EHR/EMR systems and practice management tools

Strong understanding of
U.S. healthcare systems, insurance, and compliance standards

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working remotely with U.S.-based healthcare providers

Certifications in healthcare administration, medical billing, or RCM (a plus)

Experience managing distributed/remote teams
