Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pre-K 3 Teacher to inspire and nurture our youngest learners in a vibrant early childhood education environment. In this role, you will create a warm, engaging classroom where children can explore, learn, and develop essential skills through play and structured activities. Responsibilities

  • Design and implement dynamic lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional learning.
  • Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behavior management and child welfare.
  • Engage children in age-appropriate activities that support their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials that incorporate Montessori methods and other innovative teaching strategies.
  • Monitor and assess individual student progress through observations, standardized testing, and formative assessments to tailor instruction accordingly.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's development, milestones, and classroom experiences.
  • Maintain accurate classroom records, including attendance, lesson plans, behavior logs, and developmental assessments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, preferably with toddlers aged 3 years old.
  • Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and early intervention strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop engaging curricula that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and sensory activities.
  • Familiarity with special education practices and experience supporting children with diverse learning needs is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, colleagues, and administrative staff.
  • Certification or coursework in early childhood education or related fields; Montessori training or experience is a plus.
