Pre-K Teacher

Strictly Pediatrics Early Childhood Center in Kirkwood is looking for a fun, energetic, and experienced Pre-Kindergarten teacher who teaches at a high level, all while making learning fun. We have an opening in our Pre-Kindergarten program for an experienced Co-Lead Pre-K Teacher.

We pride ourselves on our educational philosophy and teaching style. Our teachers are trained at teaching to the whole child. Our academic goal for our Pre-K students is that when they graduate from our program they are successful, confident, well-rounded learners.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Must have proof of a Degree in Early Childhood/Child Development or child-related field to be qualified for the Lead Pre-K Teacher position.
• Are patient, loving, and committed to promoting whole-child development in their classroom.
• Have two or more years in Early Childhood in settings such as: classrooms, summer camps, enrichment programs.
• Are organized, driven, and flexible – able to keep a well organized classroom while making learning a fun experience.
• Are able to bend, get up and down off the ground, and lift without restrictions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
