Pre-K Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pre-K Teacher who aligns with our core values and has a heart for working with young children. The ideal candidate will bring both experience and creativity to the classroom, fostering a love of learning while supporting each child’s spiritual, social, emotional, and academic development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement engaging lessons using the Abeka curriculum
• Create a positive, structured, and nurturing classroom environment
• Support the developmental needs of Pre-K students
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with parents and staff
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback as needed
• Uphold and model the school’s core values in daily interactions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred)
• Experience teaching in a preschool or Pre-K setting
• Familiarity and hands-on experience with Abeka curriculum
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A genuine love for working with young children
