Overview
We are currently hiring for a Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our growing legal team.

We are a high-volume personal injury law firm seeking a newly licensed attorney who is eager to build a successful legal career. This role offers a unique opportunity to start in the pre-litigation department to gain foundational experience and then transition into the litigation department after six months of training and performance evaluation.

About the Role

This position is designed for newly licensed attorneys who are ready to hit the ground running. During the first six months, the attorney will focus on learning pre-litigation processes, including demand drafting, negotiations, and client communication. After successful completion of this training period, the attorney will transition to our litigation team to continue their career development with a stronger understanding of the full case lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with all aspects of pre-litigation cases, including demand preparation, settlement negotiations, and case evaluation.
  • Shadow experienced attorneys to learn firm processes and client communication strategies.
  • Manage client communications and help resolve client issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Take direction from managing attorneys and execute tasks with a strong attention to detail.
  • Prepare to transition into litigation with foundational knowledge of case development.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Required: JD from an accredited law school.
  • Required: Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Texas.
  • Required: Valid Texas driver’s license.
  • Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Preferred: Previous legal internship or clerkship experience in personal injury, litigation, or negotiation (not required).

Attorney Compensation & Benefits

  • $80,000.00 yearly salary
  • Bonus structure with evaluation and raise opportunity
