Pre-Litigation Attorney Personal Injury

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law. This role requires excellent research, negotiation, and management to effectively represent clients in pre-litigation matters. The Pre-Litigation Attorney will be responsible for managing cases from inception through resolution while ensuring compliance with all legal standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate personal injury cases against insurance companies
• Review/Edit/Submit Demand Packages
• Negotiate Settlement of Bodily Injury Claims
• Negotiate attorney liens with other firms
• Oversee and manage a team of case managers
• Review cases with case managers
• Client Communication

Qualifications

• Detail oriented, organized and a team player
• Friendly attitude / works well with others
• Tech Savvy and comfortable working in a paperless environment
• Time management and attention to detail is important
• Possess exceptional organization skills as well as effective oral and written
• Self-Starter with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks at once in a
• Fast-paced environment
• The candidate must be hungry, relentless, and resilient
• Must be eager to learn, grow and perform responsibilities to the best of their ability
• Personal injury law (Defense or Plaintiff): 4 years (Required)
• California Licensed Attorney

Pay

Salary between $100,000 to $250,000 based on experience + Commission/Bonus Pay
