This role involves working on labor and employment cases on behalf of individual employees against employers through all stages of the OCRC/EEOC process. The workload involves client interactions over the phone, including initial consultations, drafting charges for the EEOC and OCRC, negotiating settlements, preparing cases for potential court filings, and handling various other responsibilities.

We’re looking for an attorney with at least 3 years of employment experience who is:
