Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Pre-Litigation Paralegal / Case Manager to support our growing personal injury practice. This role is essential to ensuring clients receive excellent communication and support throughout the pre-litigation process.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, compassionate, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Interview new and existing clients
  • Open and maintain case files
  • Draft letters and legal correspondence
  • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding treatment status and case progress
  • Coordinate meetings with clients, attorneys, and other professionals
  • Prepare demand packages, closing statements, and related legal documents
  • Investigate case facts and gather records and supporting documentation
  • Monitor calendars, deadlines, and case activity
  • Maintain accurate information within case management systems and databases
  • Verify outstanding balances with attorneys, clients, and medical providers
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and office staff to ensure an excellent client experience

Qualifications

Preferred

  • Prior personal injury law firm experience

Required Skills & Attributes

  • Strong customer service experience in a professional environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Medical billing knowledge is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Location

Conveniently located on Highway 40 near Exit 3:

  • Approximately 45 minutes from Brunswick, GA
  • Approximately 60 minutes from Jacksonville, FL
