Pre Montessori Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement a child-centered and play-based curriculum designed for early learners.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment to encourage curiosity and creativity.
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities, including storytelling, art, music, movement, and sensory play.
• Foster language development, cognitive skills, and social-emotional learning through structured and unstructured activities.
• Support early literacy and numeracy through hands-on, interactive learning experiences.
• Ensure a smooth transition from home to school by providing emotional support and building strong relationships with children.
• Observe and track each child's progress to identify learning styles, strengths, and areas that need support.
• Maintain individual learning records and update parents on their child's growth and milestones.
• Develop strong parent partnerships through regular communication, meetings, and workshops.
• Encourage positive behavior and social skills, helping children develop confidence and independence.
• Maintain classroom discipline and safety protocols, ensuring a healthy and hygienic learning environment.
• Collaborate with the Montessori and Pre-Montessori teams to align teaching practices with school philosophy.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduation/Diploma or Certification in early childhood education (Not mandatory)
• Minimum 1+ years of experience working with young children in a preschool / early learning environment.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Warm, patient, and passionate about working with toddlers and young learners.
• Creative and resourceful in designing engaging learning experiences.

Timing: 8.30am to 2.30pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
