Key Responsibilities:
- Implement a child-centered and play-based curriculum designed for early learners.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment to encourage curiosity and creativity.
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities, including storytelling, art, music, movement, and sensory play.
- Foster language development, cognitive skills, and social-emotional learning through structured and unstructured activities.
- Support early literacy and numeracy through hands-on, interactive learning experiences.
- Ensure a smooth transition from home to school by providing emotional support and building strong relationships with children.
- Observe and track each child's progress to identify learning styles, strengths, and areas that need support.
- Maintain individual learning records and update parents on their child's growth and milestones.
- Develop strong parent partnerships through regular communication, meetings, and workshops.
- Encourage positive behavior and social skills, helping children develop confidence and independence.
- Maintain classroom discipline and safety protocols, ensuring a healthy and hygienic learning environment.
- Collaborate with the Montessori and Pre-Montessori teams to align teaching practices with school philosophy.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduation/Diploma or Certification in early childhood education (Not mandatory)
- Minimum 1+ years of experience working with young children in a preschool / early learning environment.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Warm, patient, and passionate about working with toddlers and young learners.
- Creative and resourceful in designing engaging learning experiences.
Timing: 8.30am to 2.30pm (Monday to Friday)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
