Pre Owned Sales Consultant

We’re looking for a dynamic, Certified Pre-owned Vehicles Sales Executive to join our Mercedes-Benz team and help clients drive away in the car of their dreams.

As a Sales Executive, you’ll represent one of the world’s most prestigious automotive brands, engaging with a diverse clientele both in the showroom and online. You’ll guide customers through the Mercedes-Benz buying journey with professionalism, product expertise, and a commitment to excellence.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct needs analysis, review customer data, and deliver effective product demonstrations to support sales activities.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and product management/development teams, ensuring customer feedback and requirements are communicated effectively.
  • Prepare periodic sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and progress updates against assigned sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong networking relationships within the automotive and motor industry to generate business opportunities.
  • Drive sales performance to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new customers and business opportunities to support portfolio and market growth.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process while ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering efficient and professional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with dealer standards, company policies, and prescribed operational processes at all times



Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 3+ years' of sales consulting or business intelligence experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Experience with Luxury Brands - Advantageous
  • Computer Literate and fluent in MS Office
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • High level of motivation, initiative and integrity
  • Sales and client services background essential
  • Valid Driver’s License
