Classroom Instruction & Curriculum Implementation
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the school’s early childhood education framework.
Use a variety of teaching methods, materials, and activities to meet the individual learning needs of each child.
Foster language, cognitive, and social skills through interactive play, storytelling, music, and movement.
Classroom Management
Establish and maintain a positive, supportive, and well-organized classroom environment.
Implement classroom routines and activities that support a safe, welcoming, and engaging atmosphere for children.
Guide children in building positive social skills, emotional regulation, and conflict resolution.
Assessment & Individualized Learning
Observe and assess children's developmental progress and learning needs regularly.
Maintain records of student performance and development, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
Provide individualized support to students as needed, and adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
Parent Communication & Collaboration
Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers about their child’s progress, needs, and accomplishments.
Conduct parent-teacher conferences as necessary to discuss child development and educational goals.
Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to ensure the holistic development of each child.
Professional Development
Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in early childhood education.
Participate in school-sponsored professional development workshops, training, and educational conferences.
Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching practices and learning outcomes.
Other Duties
Participate in school-wide activities, events, and programs as required.
Assist in the organization and preparation of classroom materials and resources.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations.
