Key Responsibilities Academic & Curriculum Management

• Oversee daily teaching–learning activities across Nursery, LKG, and UKG.
• Ensure proper implementation of curriculum, planners, and activity sheets.
• Monitor student progress and ensure development in all early-childhood domains.

Teacher Supervision & Training

• Mentor teachers in phonics, early numeracy, storytelling, and activity-based teaching.
• Conduct teacher meetings, demos, and training sessions for instructional improvement.

Administration & Support

• Take classes whenever required due to teacher absence or special activities.
• Coordinate with school management for academic planning and smooth workflow.

Requirements

• Graduate / Post Graduate (Early Childhood Education preferred).
• ECCE / NTT / Montessori / B.Ed. (Pre-Primary) certification.
• 3–5 years of experience in pre-primary teaching; experience in coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, classroom management, and parent-handling skills.
• Familiarity with phonics, early literacy, and experiential learning methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
