Pre-primary Center Head cum Counselor (Female)

Experience: 2–3 years in preschool/early childhood education or counseling

Key Responsibilities:

1. Center Operations & Management

• Day-to-day operations of the preschool
• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and academic protocols
• Manage staff schedules, performance, and training requirements
• Maintain infrastructure, supplies, and overall environment

2. Parent Interaction & Counseling

• Handle admission inquiries and conduct one-on-one parent counseling
• Clearly explain the preschool’s curriculum, teaching methods, and policies
• Address parent concerns empathetically and professionally
• Build strong relationships with parents for long-term engagement

3. Admissions & Marketing

• Take ownership of achieving admission targets
• Organize school events, open houses, and promotional campaigns
• Follow up with leads generated from online/offline platforms

4. Academic Oversight

• Coordinate with teaching staff to ensure lesson plans and activities align with learning goals
• Monitor classroom quality and support teachers as needed
• Facilitate workshops or parent-teacher meetings

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and people management ability
• Good understanding of early childhood education and parent psychology
• Problem-solving mindset and high emotional intelligence
• Sales aptitude and counseling experience preferred
• Tech-savvy (Excel, MIS, CRM tools, basic email & reports)

Qualification:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Education, Psychology, or related fields
• Montessori/NTT/early education certification (Optional)
• Prior experience in preschool operations or academic counseling is a strong advantage

Salary: Based on experience
