Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Pre-Primary Coordinator to lead and manage the pre-primary wing at our educational institution in Mundra, Gujarat. The successful candidate will be responsible for curriculum planning, teacher supervision, and ensuring a joyful, nurturing learning environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations and academic functioning of the pre-primary section.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and teaching methodologies.
• Supervise, mentor, and train pre-primary teachers and staff.
• Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
• Organize and supervise co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
• Establish strong communication with parents and address their concerns effectively.
• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with school leadership on policies, schedules, and assessment plans.

Requirements:

• ECCEd certification and a Bachelor’s degree (B.A. mandatory).
• 3–6 years of experience in a pre-primary teaching or coordination role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Creative mindset and passion for early childhood education.
• Female candidates preferred due to nature of role and institutional requirements.
