Platinum Jubilee high School / Diamond jubilee high School is seeking a
Pre-Primary Section Head, responsible for the effective academic leadership, administration, and operational management of the Pre-Primary section. The role ensures high-quality curriculum implementation, child safety, staff coordination, and strong collaboration between parents, teachers, and school leadership.
Location :
Warangal & Hyderabad.
Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesAcademic & Curriculum Management-
Coordinate and support effective implementation of the pre-primary curriculum

Monitor teaching-learning practices to ensure age-appropriate pedagogy

Support planning and execution of curricular and co-curricular activities
Student Support & Inclusion-
Plan and coordinate support for children with additional needs in collaboration with teachers and parents

Ensure inclusive practices are followed within the pre-primary section
Operational & Administrative Responsibilities-
Supervise the upkeep of classrooms, learning spaces, hygiene, and safety standards

Coordinate procurement, maintenance, and inventory of Teaching Learning Materials (TLM), books, and infrastructure

Address IT-related queries and operational issues within the section

Coordinate and manage administrative processes such as attendance, admissions, transport, PTA coordination, and fee-related queries

Prepare and submit reports related to academic, operational, and administrative functions
Stakeholder Coordination-
Act as a single point of contact between parents, teachers, the Principal, and other stakeholders

Handle parent queries, concerns, and communication in a timely and professional manner
