Job Title: Pre-Primary Section Head

We are looking for a passionate, nurturing, and experienced Pre-Primary Section Head to lead our early years department. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, joyful, and developmentally appropriate learning environment while guiding teachers and supporting young learners in their foundational years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all academic and administrative activities of the Pre-Primary section
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursery, KG, and pre-nursery teachers
• Ensure implementation of age-appropriate curriculum and activity-based learning
• Monitor students’ social, emotional, and academic development
• Maintain discipline, safety, and child-friendly classroom environments
• Plan and organize events, celebrations, and parent engagement activities
• Coordinate with school management and ensure effective communication with parents

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education (Early Childhood Education preferred)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pre-primary teaching with leadership exposure
• Strong understanding of child development and early learning practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Patience, creativity, and a caring attitude towards young children
