Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development and Implementation:
- Develop and implement creative and engaging lesson plans aligned with the school's curriculum and philosophy.
- Create a stimulating and interactive learning environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including play-based learning, storytelling, music, art, and hands-on activities.
- Adapt curriculum to meet the individual needs and learning styles of each child.
- Classroom Management:
- Maintain a well-organized and safe classroom environment.
- Establish and enforce classroom rules and routines.
- Manage student behavior effectively and with patience.
- Supervise children during all activities, including indoor and outdoor play.
- Assessment and Reporting:
- Observe and assess each child's progress and development.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and progress.
- Prepare progress reports and participate in parent-teacher conferences.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate effectively with other teachers and staff members.
- Communicate openly and respectfully with parents.
- Participate in school events and activities.
- Professional Development:
- Attend professional development workshops and training sessions to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
- Be receptive to feedback and strive for continuous improvement.

Pay: ₹9,586.37 - ₹21,000.13 per month
