Pre-Primary Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development and Implementation:
• Develop and implement creative and engaging lesson plans aligned with the school's curriculum and philosophy.
• Create a stimulating and interactive learning environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including play-based learning, storytelling, music, art, and hands-on activities.
• Adapt curriculum to meet the individual needs and learning styles of each child.
• Classroom Management:
• Maintain a well-organized and safe classroom environment.
• Establish and enforce classroom rules and routines.
• Manage student behavior effectively and with patience.
• Supervise children during all activities, including indoor and outdoor play.
• Assessment and Reporting:
• Observe and assess each child's progress and development.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and progress.
• Prepare progress reports and participate in parent-teacher conferences.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate effectively with other teachers and staff members.
• Communicate openly and respectfully with parents.
• Participate in school events and activities.
• Professional Development:
• Attend professional development workshops and training sessions to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
• Be receptive to feedback and strive for continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,586.37 - ₹21,000.13 per month
