Job Summary:

The Montessori Pre-Primary Teacher, or Guide, is responsible for leading a mixed-age group of children (typically ages 3-6) in a prepared, child-centered environment following the Montessori philosophy. This role involves observing and guiding children to foster their independence, self-discipline, curiosity, and holistic development across practical life, sensorial, language, and mathematics areas. The Guide acts as a facilitator of learning, creating a peaceful, stimulating, and respectful classroom community.
