1. Job Purpose
To create a warm, safe, engaging, and development-focused learning environment for young children, using modern teaching methods blended with traditional Indian values as per the school’s philosophy.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Classroom Teaching
- Conduct daily classes with planned activities: literacy, numeracy, art, music, movement, storytelling, etc.
- Prepare a weekly lesson plan with engaging learning outcomes.
- Maintain discipline, classroom hygiene, and safety at all times.
- Observe and document each child’s progress.
B. Child Engagement & Care
- Handle children with patience, love, and empathy.
- Encourage independent learning, creativity, and good habits.
- Assist children in eating, washroom routines, and personal care when required.
- Ensure children feel emotionally secure, supported, and confident.
C. Curriculum Implementation
- Follow the school curriculum, activity sheets, and academic plan.
- Create age-appropriate learning material, worksheets, displays, and craft activities.
- Support experiential, nature-based, and hands-on learning methods.
D. Parent Interaction
- Communicate politely and professionally with parents during drop-off/pick-up.
- Share daily updates, concerns, or behaviour notes with the Principal.
- Attend PTMs, events, and school orientations when required.
E. School Operations
- Assist in event preparations, celebrations, annual days, and school shows.
- Maintain classroom materials, toys, books, and equipment responsibly.
- Help with admissions events, school tours, and open-house sessions if needed.
F. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Principal, co-teachers, helpers, and the academic team.
- Attend all staff meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
- Maintain a positive, respectful, and professional attitude.
3. Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills (English preferred)
- Creative thinking & activity planning
- Patience, empathy, and child-friendly personality
- Classroom management
- Basic computer & phone handling
- Art & craft skills are a plus
4. Qualifications
- Minimum: Any Graduate
- Preferred: ECCEd / Montessori Training / NTT
- Experience in preschool teaching is an advantage (but not mandatory)

Pay: ₹8,200.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
