Pre-Primary Teacher

Core responsibilities

• Classroom management: Create a welcoming and safe environment, supervise daily activities, and maintain classroom discipline.
• Student assessment: Observe and track each child's progress to adapt teaching methods to their individual needs.
• Parent communication: Regularly update parents on their child's development and well-being.
• Holistic development: Encourage children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Relevant teaching certification or licensure.
• Prior experience working with young children.

Essential skills

• Patience, creativity, and empathy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A solid understanding of child development principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
