Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons covering language, numeracy, EVS, art & craft, music, rhymes, and physical activities.
• Foster cognitive, social, emotional, and motor skill development in young children.
• Create a joyful, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Use play-way, activity-based, and experiential learning methods.
• Observe, assess, and document each child’s progress and developmental milestones.
• Encourage good habits, values, discipline, and social skills.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding child progress and concerns.
• Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, and learning materials.
• Support school events, celebrations, and co-curricular activities.
• Maintain classroom cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Follow school policies, curriculum guidelines, and child safety norms.

Qualifications

Graduate with B.Ed. (Completed or Pursuing) – Mandatory
