Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and nurturing Pre-Primary Teacher to join our school in Thane. The ideal candidate should love working with young children and be committed to creating a safe, engaging, and joyful learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons and activities for pre-primary students
• Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning
• Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment
• Observe and assess students’ progress and maintain records
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding child development
• Encourage good habits, manners, and positive behavior
• Participate in school events, meetings, and training sessions

Eligibility & Requirements

• Qualification in Early Childhood Education / D.Ed / Montessori / ECCEd
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in pre-primary teaching preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi/Marathi is an advantage)
• Patience, creativity, and a caring attitude towards children
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents
