Profile Insights: Developing and implementing lessons aligned with Montessori principles.
Observing and assessing each student's growth to tailor individual learning plans.
Creating a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages self-directed learning.
Guiding students in practical life skills, social interactions, and academic knowledge.
Communicating with parents about their child's progress and behaviour.
Maintaining Montessori materials and ensuring a safe, organized classroom.
Participating in staff meetings and training to stay updated on educational techniques.

Requirements Skills: Observation Skills, Patience and understanding, be an active listener, flexibility and adaptability, love for learning and creativity

Responsibilities: Creating a prepared environment, Observing and Assessing, guiding and facilitate learning, assess student progress and performance periodically, nurturing social and emotional development.
