Position: Pre-Primary / Primary Teacher
Location: Kharghar
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans as per the school curriculum and academic framework
- Create a positive, safe, and engaging classroom environment that supports holistic child development
- Use innovative teaching methodologies, activity-based learning, and teaching aids to enhance student engagement
- Assess students’ academic progress, social development, and learning outcomes through continuous evaluation
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, lesson plans, and student performance
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, behaviour, and developmental milestones
- Participate actively in school activities, events, celebrations, and academic initiatives
- Ensure discipline, child safety, and adherence to school policies at all times
- Collaborate with coordinators and colleagues for curriculum planning and academic improvement
- Attend staff meetings, training programs, workshops, and professional development sessions as required

- Ability to handle diverse learning needs effectively
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and digital teaching tools

Educational Qualifications
- Pre-Primary Teacher: ECCEd / D.Ed / Montessori / NTT or equivalent
- Primary Teacher: D.Ed / B.Ed with relevant subject specialization
- Graduation is mandatory; post-graduation preferred (as applicable)
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in a reputed school preferred
- Freshers with relevant qualifications and teaching aptitude may also be considered
