Pre-Primary Teacher

Teaching in MCGM-run schools is the primary responsibility of this role. We are seeking dedicated teachers who will deliver classroom instruction in Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM) schools and conduct teacher training sessions in their respective wards after school hours.

Full-time position (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Must be comfortable travelling across Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured classroom teaching in preschool / foundational grades in MCGM-run schools
• Design and implement effective lesson plans and curriculum
• Plan and conduct engaging activity-based learning sessions
• Must have strong knowledge of phonics and ability to implement age-appropriate phonics instruction
• Conduct teacher training workshops in assigned wards
• Develop worksheets, teaching aids, and classroom resources
• Support holistic child development aligned with NEP 2020

Strong English communication skills, professionalism, and classroom management skills are essential.
