Pre-Primary Teacher

We are seeking a warm, creative, and passionate Pre-Primary Teacher to nurture and educate young children in their early years of learning. The ideal candidate will create a safe, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment that supports children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

Age: between 22 and 45

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Montessori, NTT, or equivalent qualification.
• Prior teaching experience in pre-primary or kindergarten preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
• Strong classroom management skills.

Experience:

• 1–3 years of relevant teaching experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Foster a positive, caring, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Develop foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and communication.
• Use creative teaching methods such as storytelling, music, art, and play-based learning.
• Monitor and assess children’s progress regularly.
• Maintain student records and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure classroom safety and hygiene at all times.
• Collaborate with parents through meetings and regular communication.
• Organize and participate in school events and activities.
• Support children’s emotional and behavioral development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
