Pre-Primary Teacher( Freshers)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Pre-Primary Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for working with young children (ages 2–6), a creative approach to teaching, and the ability to create a warm, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment. Freshers with strong communication skills and a love for teaching are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:1. Classroom Management & Teaching

• Plan and conduct daily lessons and activities that promote the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development of children.
• Use play-based and interactive teaching methods suitable for early learners.
• Maintain a cheerful, engaging, and safe classroom environment.
• Encourage curiosity, creativity, and positive behavior in students.

2. Child Development & Observation

• Observe each child’s progress and maintain records of individual development.
• Identify any learning or behavioral issues and communicate them to the supervisor or parents.
• Support the emotional well-being and confidence of each child.

3. Communication & Collaboration

• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s progress, behavior, and participation.
• Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to ensure smooth functioning of the class.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.

4. Classroom Organization & Safety

• Maintain hygiene and safety in the classroom.
• Organize learning materials, toys, and resources effectively.
• Follow all school policies and child protection guidelines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
