Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to nurture and educate young learners in their foundational years. The ideal candidate should have a warm and engaging approach to teaching, fostering a stimulating and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans based on the curriculum.
• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in young children.
• Use play-based learning techniques to enhance student engagement.
• Encourage positive behavior and ensure discipline in the classroom.
• Assess and document children's progress and communicate effectively with parents.
• Organize and participate in school events, parent meetings, and extracurricular activities.
• Ensure a safe and hygienic learning environment.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to enhance the educational experience.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, or a relevant field.
• Certification in Montessori or Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Pre-Primary Teacher or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
• Proficiency in classroom management and lesson planning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
