Roles of Trainer

You will play a crucial role in shaping young minds and creating meaningful learning experiences. Your key responsibilities include:

• Creating a warm, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Planning and conducting play-based, inquiry-driven learning activities.
• Preparing interactive and creative materials for classroom activities and displays.
• Encouraging children’s social, emotional, and intellectual development through arts, music, storytelling, imaginative play, and technology.
• Maintaining a high standard of classroom management and ensuring a safe, stimulating environment.
• Training and guiding classroom assistants in best practices for early childhood education.
• Building strong partnerships with parents through regular feedback and communication.
• Keeping records of children’s progress and preparing term-wise reports and portfolios.
• Leading curriculum discussions with fellow educators to enhance teaching strategies.

Primary Teacher

Female / Male candidate having min 3 years experience with B.ed required.
