- Support children’s emotional, physical, and social development.
- Identify and support individual learning needs and developmental milestones.
- Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of all children in the classroom.
- Classroom Management
- Maintain a warm, positive, and structured classroom environment.
- Establish routines and discipline through gentle guidance.
- Foster cooperation, sharing, and respect among students.
- Parent & School Communication
- Communicate regularly with parents on children’s progress, achievements, and areas of improvement.
- Organize parent-teacher meetings and participate in school events.
- Share progress reports and maintain student records.
- Collaboration & Professional Growth
- Work closely with colleagues, coordinators, and school management to implement curriculum.
- Participate in workshops, training sessions, and professional development programs.
- Contribute to school cultural events, celebrations, and activities.
