Pre-qualification Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage pre-qualification and vendor registration processes with UAE key end-users.
• Compile, review, and submit complete technical, commercial, and compliance documentation packages per client requirements
• Coordinate with internal sourcing, QA/QC, operations, and sales teams to collect all required documentation and approvals on time
• Ensure all submissions comply with end-user specifications, applicable industry standards, and current regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate tracking logs for all concurrent submissions; follow up proactively with end-user registration departments for status updates
• Communicate directly with client vendor registration teams to clarify requirements and resolve queries
• Maintain an internal database of pre-qualification statuses, document templates, and client-specific procedures

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (must)
• Experience of min 3-5 years in vendor registration of piping products within the Oil & Gas UAE market is a must.
• Proven track record with UAE end-user registration processes
• Strong knowledge of technical documentation: datasheets, material certificates, third-party inspection records, and compliance files
• Understanding of oil & gas industry standards and qualification procedures
• Familiarity with QA/QC documentation requirements and product compliance frameworks
• Experience with document management systems and vendor registration portals
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify documentation inconsistencies before submission
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent submissions under deadline pressure
• Clear written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is a plus).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
