Key Responsibilities

  1. Proposal and RFP Ownership
  2. Lead end-to-end response for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs — from requirement analysis and solution framing to documentation and submission.
  3. Partner with Delivery, Practice, and Sales teams to craft client-ready proposals that clearly articulate business value and differentiation.
  4. Maintain consistency and quality across all presales deliverables with minimal rework required.
  5. Strategic Collaterals and Frameworks
  6. Create and maintain capability decks, value proposition assets, and solution frameworks across industry verticals.
  7. Build domain- and offering-specific narratives aligned with industry trends, client needs, and Zimetrics’ positioning.
  8. Support strategic initiatives such as AWS partnerships, 4As events, and alliance marketing.
  9. Knowledge & Asset Management
  10. Act as custodian of the central presales repository (case studies, templates, credentials).
  11. Drive structure, discoverability, and continuous updates through collaboration with practice leads.
  12. Standardize proposal templates, pricing formats, and scoping frameworks.
  13. Consulting & Value Addition
  14. Bring a consultative mindset to every pursuit — identify client pain points, frame relevant hypotheses, and map Zimetrics’ offerings as solutions.
  15. Contribute to client discovery sessions and workshops where required.
  16. Demonstrate measurable value-add in pursuit strategy, solution design, and storytelling.
  17. Collaboration & Governance
  18. Work closely with vertical heads, account managers, and delivery leaders to support new business and existing client expansions.
  19. Ensure timely, high-quality contributions to Practice Pulse, case study updates, and partner initiatives.
  20. Maintain transparency and communication on ongoing pursuits, ensuring leadership visibility.


Key Skills & Attributes

  1. Excellent communication, storytelling, and documentation skills.
  2. Strong understanding of solutioning and delivery models across industry verticals and tech CoEs.
  3. Hands-on experience with proposal management, scoping, and effort estimation.
  4. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel; familiarity with SharePoint, Notion, or other asset repositories is a plus.
  5. Analytical and structured problem-solving mindset.
  6. High accountability, integrity, and collaborative working style.
  7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple parallel pursuits.
