Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Acquisition
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell Chappang Bhog
Makhana products
- Generate leads through cold calling, warm calling, and follow-up calls
- Present product features, benefits, and pricing information effectively over the phone
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally
- Process orders accurately and ensure proper documentation
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate makhana products
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM system
- Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of potential customers
Sales Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
- Report sales activities and results to immediate supervisor
- Contribute to team sales goals and company revenue objectives
Product Knowledge & Market Awareness
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all Chappang Bhog Makhana products
- Stay updated on product features, nutritional benefits, and competitive advantages
- Understand market trends in the healthy snacks and makhana industry
- Gather customer feedback and market intelligence for product development
