Pre-Sales Associate- Allied Industry

At Infinite Uptime – Process Division, we help leading manufacturers achieve operational excellence by improving process reliability, yield, and energy efficiency through our Outcome-Driven Reliability (ODR) platform.

We’re looking for a Pre-Sales professional for our Allied Industries vertical — someone who combines deep process expertise with strong industry relationships and a passion for manufacturing excellence.

Engage with plant and business leaders to identify process challenges across yield, quality, uptime, and energy efficiency.

Craft tailored solution proposals using Infinite Uptime’s ODR framework to deliver measurable value.

Collaborate with sales, COE, and engineering teams to build high-impact business cases and customer pitches.

Conduct plant studies, solution demos, and proof-of-concepts to drive conversions.

10–12 years of total experience, with at least 2–3 years in a sales or customer-facing role within manufacturing.

Strong process background in the chemical or allied industries (food & beverage, specialty chemicals, etc.).

Deep industry insights, solid professional network, and the ability to open meaningful customer conversations.

Experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, or digital transformation consulting preferred.

Someone passionate about bridging process expertise with business impact.
