Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with company registration processes across relevant government authorities and free zones.
- Provide guidance on required documents, procedures, timelines, and compliance needs.
- Conduct detailed consultations to understand client requirements and propose suitable registration solutions.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and service packages.
- Use design skills to create visually appealing proposals, brochures, and service outlines.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.
- Attend client meetings and communicate the value and advantages of the company’s services.
- Support the sales cycle from initial inquiry to deal closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
- Maintain updated knowledge on government laws, regulations, and registration procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience in company formation / business setup / government registration.
- Strong understanding of UAE government authorities, free zones, and regulatory procedures.
- Background in design (e.g., graphic design, proposal design, layouts).
- Experience as a Pre-Sales Consultant or in a customer-facing, advisory role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to create and present tailored solutions professionally.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in Arabic and English is preferred.
- UAE experience is an advantage.
