Pre-Sales Consultant

Position : Pre-Sales Consultant
Location : Pune

Job Role:

To work on Pre-sales. Responsible for client engagement, understanding property needs, presenting real estate solutions, coordinating site visits, and supporting sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion and exceptional customer experience.

1. Maintain and update the client database from promotional activities
2. Convince prospective clients to schedule site visits
3. Send property details and updates to clients via phone and email
4. Inform clients about Project Details and Pricing

Requirements:
1. Pleasant personality with strong communication skills
2. Passion for client interaction
3. Smartphone (mandatory)

Experience: 0-6 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
