  • Ensure packaging meets customer expectations, warehousing standards, and logistics efficiency.
  • Maintain alignment with aftersales branding, traceability, and anti-counterfeit measures.

5. Returnable Packaging Concept

Returnable packaging may be deployed for large body parts and BIW components produced at manufacturing site. Two scenarios are under review:
1. Dispatch from plant to PDC using returnable containers, with packaging finalized by 3PL at PDC.
2. 3PL performs packaging directly at the plant using a 400 sqm allocated zone, receiving parts from production and dispatching to destination.
The specialist will document technical standards, flow, and packaging methodology for either scenario.

6. Packaging Portal

Aftersales uses a centralized Packaging Portal for managing packaging data, standards, and supplier submissions. The Packaging Specialist is expected to validate and update records within this portal, ensuring traceability, version control, and accessibility for stakeholders.
