Pre-Sales Consultant (ERP)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ERP Pre-Sales Consultant with 3–5 years of expertise in ERP solutions, preferably ERPNext. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, delivering engaging product demonstrations, and supporting the sales team in providing effective ERP solutions to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with prospective clients to understand business requirements, challenges, and operational needs.
  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations showcasing ERPNext functionalities and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to design customized ERP solutions aligned with client objectives.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and RFP responses for prospective customers.
  • Conduct business process analysis and requirement-gathering sessions.
  • Provide technical and functional support during client meetings, discussions, and negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term business growth.
  • Stay updated on ERPNext features, market trends, and competitor solutions.
  • Support and guide the sales team on product capabilities, benefits, and objection handling.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in ERP pre-sales consulting, preferably with ERPNext.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP functionalities across multiple business modules.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a business-friendly manner.
  • Proven ability to contribute to sales growth through effective pre-sales activities.
