We are looking for a motivated Pre-Sales Consultant (Odoo) to support our sales and consulting teams by understanding client needs, designing ERP solutions, and delivering impactful product demonstrations.

Role Overview

As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in the sales lifecycle by analyzing business requirements, mapping them to Odoo capabilities, preparing solution presentations, and supporting deal closures. This role requires both business understanding and functional ERP knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to understand their business processes and challenges.
• Conduct discovery sessions and gather functional requirements.
• Map business needs to Odoo features and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Deliver tailored Odoo demonstrations aligned with client workflows.
• Work closely with sales, functional, and technical teams to prepare proposals and solution documents.
• Assist in RFP/RFQ responses, effort estimations, and scope definition.
• Support the sales team during client discussions, presentations, and negotiations.
• Ensure smooth handover to implementation teams after project closure.
• Maintain documentation of proposed solutions and client interactions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–5 years of experience in Pre-Sales, ERP Consulting, Business Analysis, or Functional roles.
• Exposure to ERP systems (Odoo preferred).
• Strong understanding of business workflows such as Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, or Operations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system-driven solutions.
• Experience in delivering product demos or client presentations.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Hands-on experience with Odoo modules.
• Understanding of ERP implementation lifecycle.
• Experience preparing solution proposals or working on RFPs.
• Exposure to integrations, customizations, or process automation.
• Experience working with international clients.
