Pre-Sales ELV Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Pre-Sales ELV Engineer to support our distribution business by providing technical expertise on ELV products and solutions. The role focuses on assisting the sales team, understanding customer requirements, and recommending suitable ELV products to dealers, system integrators, and B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to the sales team for ELV product selection and solutions
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products (CCTV, Access Control, etc.)
  • Prepare product-based quotations, comparisons, and technical datasheets
  • Assist in preparing basic BOQs for product supply (not full system design)
  • Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for pricing, specifications, and availability
  • Support dealers, system integrators, and resellers with technical queries
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions
  • Stay updated on product features, technologies, and competitor offerings
  • Assist sales team during client discussions with technical inputs
  • Support after-sales technical queries when required

  • Basic Networking/IP-based systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Communication Engineering
  • 2–5 years of experience in ELV pre-sales, technical support, or distribution
  • Strong knowledge of ELV products (not necessarily full system design)
  • Experience working with suppliers or ELV brands
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • UAE market experience preferred
  • UAE driving license is an advantage
