Qualification:Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or related field
Experience :Minimum 1–2 Years
Location :Talcher, Odisha (NTPC – Thermal Power Station)
Criteria:
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain CCTV systems and related equipment at the assigned site.
- Ensure adherence to service standards, company processes, and policies across all service activities.
- Attend customer complaints and resolve issues within the defined TAT (Turnaround Time).
- Perform regular preventive maintenance as per the scheduled plan.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure smooth service operations.
- Ensure timely billing, support payment follow-ups, and maintain zero billing penalties for assigned sites.
- Proactively plan and arrange required materials, tools, and spare components for smooth workflow.
- Execute repair and maintenance work accurately and within timelines as per company guidelines.
- Share daily and weekly service reports promptly according to company reporting formats and timelines.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in CCTV installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of electrical/electronics components.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
