We are a Fire & Safety solutions provider looking for talented and responsible Pre-Sales Engineers with a strong engineering background and hands-on experience in technical sales support.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in pre-sales, bidding, or technical office roles
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Must have own conveyance for routine office and client coordination
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize all office documentation and records
- Daily bidding and communication with routine customers
- Prepare tender documents, quotations, and BOQs
- Receive customer calls, greet office visitors, and support basic office operations
- Assist the Sales Manager in follow-up, proposal preparation, and customer queries
- Conduct follow-up calls/messages with customers to obtain feedback and close leads
- Coordinate with suppliers/manufacturers when required
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Technically sound and detail-oriented
- Responsible, well-organized, and proactive in office tasks
- Comfortable dealing with customers both in-person and over the phone
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
